Charlotte leads Fell Financial Planning’s marketing and technology. Her primary focus is ensuring that communications, branding and client engagement reflect the values-led approach at the heart of the business.

Working closely with Scott and the team, she supports the development and maintenance of the technology that underpins the client journey, helping to ensure that each stage, from first enquiry through to ongoing reviews, is structured, consistent and efficient.

Having grown up in Dubai, Charlotte has a natural appreciation for sunshine and making the most of brighter days. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, live music and is rarely far from her cat.
